Gamewizard Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Hi, I have to do some calculations and i am not sure how to do them. One of the question is % diffrence between expected compared to the mean aliquot weight, as a % of the expected wt. The mean aliquot weight is 33148 for one of the data list. the expected is 0.1 And i need to calculate this for my 100 microlitre samples and 1ml samples so will i have to convert microlitres to ml in any case ? any ideas thank you
Hsp60 Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Hi, I really don´t know what is your precise problem since you *in theory* already know what to do.. One of the question is % diffrence between expected compared to the mean aliquot weight, as a % of the expected wt. Anyway, you should always specify units when dealing with data!! That and thinking your problem more carefully should work fine.. Hope it helps!
