Hi,

I was wondering if anti-matter and supersymmetry come from the same thing or are related at all, because its seems they are both about opposite particles of our ordinary ones ?

Not the same, but very similar.

Anti-particles arise because of the Poincare invariance of the theory.

Sparticles arise because of the Super-Poincare invariance of the theory. (Which is an extension of the Poincare.)

This is all do to with representation theory of (super)groups.

A little more about representations of the Lorentz group (which is "Poincare minus affine transformations") can be found here.
