Hi.

Salty water does conduct electricity, but after it dries, it does not.

Can someone suggest some household doable type of fluid, that applied on a surface -say glass-, can conduct some electrical current after dried ?

 

I need a minuscule quantity, about 1 cubic millimeter to restore an indium-tin oxide trace on a LCD display. Silver ink is minimum $50. :(
