NavajoEverclear Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Anyone experimented with harder core Jhonen, besides Zim? JTHM, Squee? i'm surprised i haven't even seen these mentioned with so many Zim fans. Maybe you dont get that hardcore Vasquez over in UK, how tragic! Still i think you can at least get it off Amazon.
Sayonara Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 I will investigate these things of which you meatily squeal.
Phi for All Posted September 16, 2004 Posted September 16, 2004 I haven't seen any of the comic books yet, but i love the names like Squee, Wobbly-Headed Bob and Happy Noodle Boy!
NavajoEverclear Posted September 17, 2004 Author Posted September 17, 2004 To be honest i haven't gotten my hands on them yet either. I know where to find them, but like i said they are much darker than Zim, and so it would not be a good thing if my parents discovered my pocession of such merchandise. ----- however i intend to find a way in due time. But dont let that scare you off, i find my light in the darkness. Sad most humans dont see the same light. Well it is the way it is, i guess i wont complain.
Sayonara Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 What do you think is the darkest part of Zim? The bit I thought parents of young children would like least was the fate of Keef's eyes.
Phi for All Posted September 18, 2004 Posted September 18, 2004 That's probably why Nicleodeon canceled Invader Zim after the first season. I haven't seen the second one yet! I'm so bummed. Why should a 47-year-old man have children unless he can use it as an excuse to watch the latest cartoons? j/k
Sayonara Posted September 19, 2004 Posted September 19, 2004 They cancelled the show because the cost of producing each episode wasn't justified by the ratings
