i am using Flashmx. i want to make my animations look better,i mean in drawing sense, i need topics for animations as well.i want my work to be checked as well.

Go on a graphics design course, or look at some online tutorials. There's plenty of them out there.

better drawing is all about practice. You want work? Start making animated cartoons and submit them to the various animated cartoon websites on the web.

 

And keep in mind, better drawing isn't always the key to a succesful animation. Look at southpark, for instance.

for better animation skills, just take a tutorial online.
