Ya but hard ones are easy to crack....

 

Simpler one sort of fool people into thinking it's something really complicated and make them miss the obvious answer.....

 

I have almost completed my new challenge!

By that logic cracking an RSA cipher should be relatively simple ;)

 

But I do get what you're saying. These are more brain-teasers than codes.

That is true...if a computer were working on this...my code would be gone. :D

When you say "All numbers are rounded to the second decimal place", does this mean that 5.33 is supposed to be [math]5 \tfrac{2}{3}[/math]?

That's including typos, otherwise it might have read "Mp pmr eo;; rbrt ntrsl ,u vpfr. js js/", which would have been decoded to "No one will ever break my code, ha ha."

I said that all the number have been rounded by me to the hundredth decimal place.

 

6.67 used to be: 6.66666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666666......

 

That should clear things up.

i havent tried yet, though im guessing theres something to do with the fact that all figures are to 2DP, presumably no needed information is lost by this process, i think what he was trying to say by it was that 5.33 is actually 5 and a third, and the other one 6.67 was actually 6 and two thirds.

 

i'll work on it another time. :)

Well, given time and effort I think I'd probably break it. However, it's not been the first thing on my mind recently. Plus, your ciphering algorithm could have 20 steps for all I know, and there's only so much of my free time I'm willing to give to crack a code ;)
