Unable to run swf file in iexplorer

Hi,

I am making web page in dreamweaver. I placed animation (swf file) on the page, i played it by pressing the play button in properties, everything worked fine, but when i tried to browse it in iexplorer, the place where i placed the animation was empty. Why that happened and how can i correct it.

swf is a flash file. Are you sure you've got a flash player installed on your system?

only reason I can think of why it wouldn't play. Of course it could be something in your coding, but always start at the power cord.

Also check the paths in your embed tag, since some programs tend to mess around with these a bit which means the browser can't find them.
