combustive properties of liquid oxygen

if you were to get a completely oxygenic atmosphere, without other fuels and you aim a high intensity laser at the liquid oxygen, without fuels around, will the liquid oxygen make itself into a fuel and combust?

Oxygen is an oxidizer. For combustion to happen, there has to be something available to be oxidized i.e. fuel.
