elsheriflaila Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 Are immunosuppressive drug administration necessary for allografts of Lewis lung carcinoma or B16 melanoma (both mouse cancer cells) cells into mice? Since these are mouse-derived cancer cells, some investigators are not using immunosuppressive treatment.
