So we know how to calculate the most probable places for electrons to show up as points if they have pound orbitals, but what if the electrons have a more amorphous movement such as in plasma?

Plasma is very high energy state. There are many method to make plasma. One of them is increasing the temperature.

That barely has anything do do with the answer to what I'm asking. I'm asking for a classical and mathematical way to describe how electrons act as waves in plasma.

It is very difficult, because there are many protons in the plasma, and some electrons and protons related orbit calculation using wave function. Mathematically very complex differential equation's numerical solution is difficult to solve, and no meaning -- there too many adjustable parameters.

In these case, it is reasonable that we consider the electron as particle, and acquire more reliable solution.
