In the Universe there are tree kind of neutrinos which have been discovered till now. We know their emission sources well.

But we do not know where the neutrino disappear. Are there any reaction or place which the neutrinos are disappeared?

We do know ways they "disappear." It's how they are detected. A neutrino can be absorbed by a neutron and emit an electron; the neutron becomes a proton, which changes what element you have. Cl becomes Ar, for example
