Power is the rate of which energy is converted from one form to another. So an electron is not power. You maybe confusing electrons with electricity, which is the flow of electrons. In particular, the electric potential is the "capacity of the electric field to do work on an electric charge."

The electron is a particle of matter. It is spin-1/2 and has mass. Everything you would expect of matter.
