question Posted September 23, 2004 Posted September 23, 2004 is bed length the heigh of the column or is that the heigh of the matrix/gel? i don't know where to put this question, but since it is about proteins then i guess here is the place thanks!
YT2095 Posted September 23, 2004 Posted September 23, 2004 the bed is usualy the entire length where a result may be seen, in the case of electro phorisis it`ll be the gell that the bed holds. in the case of paper type it`ll be the paper length, or the tube length in gas chromo.
