ydoaPs Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 My computer keeps downloading porn by itself. I have caught it a few times. When I try to close the popup that downloads it, and it acts like it isn't responding. It then closes after it is done downloading it. What is going on?
drz Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 uhhu, heard that one b4. Its just a new tricky way of spyware. I've never seen one downloading porn without one of the pc users going to porn sites. Not sure if you are the only user, but if not, you may want to keep a watch on what others are doing with your pc. Again, AVG.
Callipygous Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 is this through any p2p program like kazaa or limewire? if not it usually means you visited some site that puts crap on your computer. its a problem i had with internet explorer. the only ways i found to stop it were to either get a popup blocker or manually block the ip address of each window that comes up in my firewall.

Actually a click anywhere in one of those pop-up boxes can be a yes. But if u r referring to installation box, yeah be careful what you agree to.
