And this page has much content about relativity in many style such as: video,essay,etc. This page has opened not a long time, it needs many relativity enthusiast to construct. No. Will the internet duplicate successful ideas? Yes. Kinda like an online science forum, only with a less convenient discussion format? Exactly. And the focus of facebook is personal identity (and dare I say "ego"?). Whereas the focus of online discussion is the content of the discussion (ideally, anyway).
