Please help me to know about it.] the epitope retrieval solution from IHC world has worked quite well for me. Check out their protocol, it does require heat. You can always use lower temperature and longer time if you are worried about damaging the tissue. Sodium citrate with heat also works as well. I think trypsin at 37C for 10-15' should work as well, but not as sure about the enzymatic efficiency. Good luck!
