azadeh_biology
I work on differentiation of stem cells to chondrocytes. I used pellet culture system for that. now I want to do gag assay. but I do not know how to digest this pellet and then use papain digestion solution. and I have a another question about which concentrate of papain in suitable for gag assay. thanks . Swiss
Hi Azzadeh, I am doing my master's thesis within few days. I also did GAG assay as a marker for chondrogenic differentiation, but the problem is, I cannot find anything to support such claim. Could you please mention anything about how is GAG assay a marker for chondrogenic expression ? Thanks in advance, and looking forward to hear from you and perhaps share my experience in this regard.
