charlie10
Hi I've posted this in the physics forum but it might be more appropriate for here; I'm trying to make a layered smoothie that remains layered when shaken. I'm aiming for about 5 alternating layers of 2 different flavours. I was trying to work out the best way to do this, would each layer have to be more dense than the last (smilar to oil floating on water)? Or would I have to reduce the viscosity of each alternating layer by adding something like honey to increase the thickness? The idea is that when the drink is shook it will go back to its normal state of 5 alternating layers and not mix together. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks Charlie
