5614 Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 wicked, i soooo want some of that stuff, i wonder how much they charge for the sample piece! the article says: "Twist it, stretch it" but it doesnt say how easy it is to bend it... for instance, if its like paper and you can easily bend it with your hand then its useless for things which need to be strong, but if it will bend but only under serious amounts of pressure then its ok for plane wings etc.
Gilded Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 There's a picture of a guy bending it with one hand, so you can probably bend it with ease, it just returns to its original shape. The material seems somewhat transparent too, don't know if that's the case with thicker pieces though.
