Sayonara Posted February 16, 2003 Posted February 16, 2003 Redesigning my homepage... any thoughts before I do tonnes more work? [edit] New site is now http://www.sayonara.info Old site now archived at http://www.workaphobe.com/sayonara/ [/edit] Cheers chaps.
blike Posted February 16, 2003 Posted February 16, 2003 Looks good, but the two fonts [on the intro page] don't flow imo. Of course, who am I to talk about flowing fonts [look how many are on the main page of this site ] Spice Girls music for all eternity in the fiery pits of hell. Speaking of the devils
Sayonara Posted February 16, 2003 Author Posted February 16, 2003 Yes I need to sort out the splash movie I thought the prospect of suffering eternal Spice Girls music would put off code thieves so let's hope they live up to their reputation.
Aardvark Posted February 17, 2003 Posted February 17, 2003 Very good, just a small point, the dark grey on light grey font is a little indistinct. ( odd music!)
NSX Posted February 18, 2003 Posted February 18, 2003 hm..I can't load your old site...but the layout for the new site seems, kidna, I dont know...Unix looking.
Sayonara Posted February 18, 2003 Author Posted February 18, 2003 Hurrah! Just what I was going for. kinda.... bloggy. The old DNS records have been wiped as I'm moving the site between servers - the domain will be working with the new site in about a day or two, although the new URL posted above will still work as it's direct to a copied directory. Etc.
aman Posted February 18, 2003 Posted February 18, 2003 Looks great and since you may have an interest in starfleet I don't know if you have this in your archives. I actually bought the album back in the 60's. Bilbo Just aman

aman Posted February 19, 2003 Posted February 19, 2003 That's Spock. The album was The Two Sides of Leonard Nimoy/Spock and his Spock side of the album was a little better. Just aman
