If all heat are infrared,but not all infrared are heat.then what are the other infrared called?

Infrared. There's no special name beyond that.

 

But all heat is not infrared. The blackbody spectrum is a continuum that depends on temperature. You will have radiation at longer wavelengths. If something is hot enough, it will emit in the visible part of the spectrum, hence the terms "red hot" or "white hot" — something that emits throughout the visible spectrum so that it looks white is very hot. The sun, for example, is around 5800 K.

Infrared is EM radiation with a wavelength between about 700 nm and 1 mm (.7 microns and 1000 microns). You can, of course produce it thermally, but also with specific transitions. Lots of lasers (and LEDs) emit IR light. Much of the telecommunications via optical fiber is done at around 1.5 microns.

If you have a material (including iron) at some temperature, it will be emitting radiation in a blackbody spectrum. Much of that will be in the IR. That's why there is the misconception that IR and heat are synonymous. Much of the radiant heat with which we are familiar is IR.

A forum really isn't the best place for basic explanation, since many people have probably already written basic explanations of blackbody radiation and you can find digitized textbooks online. Those will do a lot better job of it.
