questionposter Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 I noticed that as I kept getting the higher and higher level of working out that my body didn't seem to need as much to recover, but this seems weird because doesn't larger muscle mass require even more calories to keep it alive? Also, I was wondering if there's some efficiency limit, or if there's some formula, and also about the correlation of this pattern compared to how larger animals use energy more efficiently.
