6th Grade Genetics

I am a 6th grade science teacher that has to give this question to my kids. I dont even know how to answer this question so I dont know how to teach it. Anybody with any genetics background that can help would be greatly appreciated. I am intentionally not giving the answer to see how some of you would answer it. Thanks.
