Hi Heres the situation(impossible)

It's really complicated but i'll try to make it as simple as possible.

X is entering into blood stream./after that no use

That moment few symptoms like knee is uncomfortable. ok six months later symptoms start:

  • when lifestyle is relaxed: chest pain middle of the chest, comes when its least expected similar like lightening, usually when trying to pick something.
  • Then foot pain along side of tibia.(near to the anckle 10 cm frontside ) suspect peroneal artery because it's itching sometimes and pains and ancle movement is alright
  • 3rd rest pain near the wrist and near the ancle only on left side lasted 6 days took B vitamin complex and 1 aspirin and disappeared (aspirin alone would'nt been helpful)

Optional(other small symptoms like absoloutly no appetite nor water, something is going on rhs of the brain but not pain but pressure feeling. {sometimes dizzy,) consentration disturbed.

ECG and full blood count absolutly fine. Echocardiogram fine.

When smoking i can trigger foot pain and itching, also heart pumping.

If i exersize 3-6 ours pluss regular home work, symptoms will dissappeare with in three days.

Definitely reason for symtoms is x., but this is already another long story.

If anybody has any logical conclusion to that please let me know. No for x :)

I can post detailed charts with days symptoms foods other medical history if anybody is intrested. Looking guesses what it may be and how to make sure.

I now its hard to guess but any speculation will be welcome. Also i'll post back results and everything.

One more extra bit like today if i eat calcium rich food and smoke after that then theres gonna be lots of bubble saliva from mouth. my conclusion would be that in some reason calsium will be in the blood and reacting with smoke it will start coming out from mouth. with out smoking nothing happens exept leg pain. Please help!

It would appear that your symptoms may not be related to just one cause. It depends upon what substance x is, but it would seem that six months is a long time to tie substance x with some of these symptoms. Are you taking any regular medications? If so most have varying side effects concerning some individuals.

For a proper analysis to diagnose most of your symptoms you need an extended blood test. For "no thirst," look to a low sodium blood level which is generally age related and may require medications other than increased salt intake. Lack of hunger may be hormonal or a symptom of drug side effects, or other.

When smoking i can trigger foot pain and itching, also heart pumping.

Smoking puts stress on all organs but especially lung and heart function involving circulation. The feet are the most difficult part of the body to maintain circulation which seemingly could be a cause of pain and itching. How this affects the pain in just one foot might relate to diminished blood flow in the peroneal artery as you speculate. As you have heard a million times, if you wish to live very long pain free you need to quit smoking. Since you are probably addicted to nicotine you could switch to nicotine gum.

If I exercise 3-6 ours plus regular home work.....

Exercising increases circulation which could mean your problems are poor-circulation related. Cardiovascular exercising from 15 minutes to an hour a day is healthy; longer than that age a person as well as stressing the joints.

Joint pain can have many causes such as arthritis, taking a couple of aspirins can reduce the associated swelling and pain. Other causes can be associated with the side effects of various prescription drugs, especially the blood pressure medication hydrochlorothiazide. A likely cause for joint pain is inadequate water intake. Vitamin B deficiency will not be corrected by a single pill. The most common is vitamin B12 deficiency. Any such deficiency might be diagnosed by blood tests.

ECG and full blood count absolutely fine. Echo-cardiogram fine.

I expect that if you take a treadmill stress test that some related sporadic heart function deficiency will show up. I expect that at least some permanent changes in lifestyle are needed, plus treatment medication will probably be needed for at least awhile.

First of all i'd like to Thank You so much because thanks to you people like me have little hope. It's gonna be lots of work to get to bottom of this. but i really like your way of thinking and i'm impressed about sodium and B 12. I took every single sentence on board and as soon i have test results i'll post them back. Just in case i'll put out detailed history about my self because my symptoms started two years ago. It's a long time project but at least my motivation will not run out. I've never taken any regular medications. Too young to have any old people problems altough where ever i read i seem to get same answer. And family history is clear. I'm definitely sure that X is problem.

Step 1 to make sure what is disfunctioning

2. X? but this is already microbiology or something.

I have question how to explain that vitamin could take rest pain away, not sure if its in the joints or veins. please can somebody recommend good place where to read about vitamin b because google gives same answer.

Also how to explain bubble saliva, its other wise exactly the same like normal one put bubbling and seems little exessive. By 22 nd put proper paperwork up.

Tests

Threadmill

Vitamin B 12

Sodium levels

Thanx
