That is a very vague question. As a mathematical physicist I suppose lots about the "ingredients of physicist".

Hmm... should I answer to this one? Maybe not

 

What a heck.. here we go...

 

I think that those parts, at the first place, are physical, tiny but physical. They are shaped like a toothed spheres. Rest is easy.
