Hey guys, Im trying to answer a study question for a Biochemistry lab. We pretty much isolated the enzyme acid phosphatase from wheat germ and measured its V0 (initial velocity). The question was "How much acid phosphatase is present in 1g of wheat germ?" Does anyone know how to go about answering this problem?

Ive attached a copy of the lab if that helps.. I could use all the help i could get!
