toolman Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Hi, I heard the other day that when you exoerience something that makes you jump or when you need to react fast like walking out in front of a car, your vision goes into black and white mode. Is this true?
YT2095 Posted November 3, 2004 Posted November 3, 2004 yes and no, it actualy stays in full color, but the brain filters that out as a way of only paying attention to the important details such as movement etc...
rakuenso Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Are there such things as black and white glasses?
YT2095 Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 there are certain electronic goggles that will present an image in Black/white usualy for thermal imaging (night vision). more often they`re black and green though.
