Quantum Light theory or something?

Ok so I've made a Diagram that I don't really understand because I saw in a day dream that I had yesterday. I want to know if it could make sense to anyone in anyway possible.

 

From what I gathered is space and time is rotating around itself.

Now light come from the center (It is suppose to but in the diagram it off to the side my mistake). I am not sure what this, just wondering if it could something at all. Dreams are very strange indeed

Arrows just point in the direction which 2 circles spin. no reason just I daydreamed XD.
