does anyone know (or have an educated guess) what frequency electric shock pens operate at?

Once clicked, the pen starts putting 1.5 volts through a voltage transformer. ( google it ) which amplifies the voltage. Then storing it into a capacitor and when discharged, through your skin, it releases all that power.
