Modeling using neural networks and fuzzy logic

Hi all,

 

I have power load data for a specified period (about 35 days) , I need to model it using neural networks and then fuzzy logic. for example for the first day:

My question is what shall I do with the data before using it (clustering,classification, hierarchical modeling ... etc ???

Really it's urgent to me !!
