Daniel B. Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 How does RNA Polymerase know which strand is the template strand and which strand is the coding strand and how does it know which direction it must go? Also how does it know where to look for the starting codon of a gene? thanks in advance Daniel
