Gabrielle Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Does anyone know how to add the GS1-128 barcode to a document?
doG Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Barcodes are just a font like Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, etc. You need to obtain the GS1-128 barcode font from the vendor of your choice, install it and then use it in your document like any other font.
Lynn-Brown Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 In word or Excel? If you want to make GS barcode in Word, you need a word add-in, if in Excel, a Excel add-in suits you.
radtanto Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Hi GS1-128 formerly EAN128 Barcode fonts are available to download from a number of sources. You may also want to consider professional barcode printing software which provides a much greater degree of control over symbology settings. Regards Rob Does anyone know how to add the GS1-128 barcode to a document?
Gilbert Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 First, we need to know what the “document” referred to? If you are working on word and excel, I agree with the recommendation above since I used it before.
Dean546 Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Basically, you can check this barcode add-in which supports add the Applications Identifiers to a Code 128 for a GS1-128 symbol.
