Why do some people think your have to be a good athlete to be physically fit. Explain why it is a mistake to believe that health-related physical fitness is just for athletes?

Sadly, recent history shows that the physical fitness of some athletes is not entirely health-related, especially the cycling ones.

There are many varying standards for physical fitness. Usually they focus on muscle strength, tone, body mass index, aerobic capacity, and the ability to walk to the mailbox without getting winded.
