how to account for forces caused by collisions with objects whos mass is not uniformly distributed

pictures.pdf The question is typed and drawn out in the PDF files. I think that the last result will happen. I also think that the true result can be calculated using the normal distance from the centroid of the object to the point tquestion.pdfhat the moments are summed about (the pin). But I can't figure it out and its keeping me up at night, someone pleases help.
