dexterdev Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Hi friends, From where can I get DNA sequences of organisms in text file format? Just to plot probability density function, find entropy etc . I would love to get human dna files if possible. TIA
alpha2cen Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 NIH site is good for you. http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
CharonY Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 The NCBI server is a good start. However for DNA sequences the RefSeq or genome database are more applicable.
