Im doing a project outling recent innovations in transportation technology or sport & recreation. I just need some examples to include in my presentation, any thoughts or ideas would be nice. An example would be seat belts in cars. Help me brainstorm

you know what i thought was great? that private shuttle/jet that became the first privately owned spacecraft to fly in to space a couple months ago.

 

how about dvd players in cars?

Adaptive cruise control in cars. They use laser or radar to sense when there is a car in front of you going slower and then let off the gas (some will even apply the brakes) to maintain a set distance from them. After you change lanes or they move, the car then resumes the set speed.

i heard something about headlights that turn when you turn the wheel so you can see on a dark road that turns a little too sharp, dont know the details.
