Exams coming up soon, but whats worse than needing the toilet half way through an exam (especisllay as I and you are meant to drink lots of fluids before hand).

Any ideas for herbal aniti- diuretics?

I can think of more herbal supplements for those who can't go to the bathroom, and wish to, interesting question.

Well in hindsight, The trials of Liqorice failed during an RE exam and had to go to the toilet halfway through.

Hmm anybody know how much liqorice root (boiled up) is needed to help be an anti diuretic?

Eat something salty - some dill pickles or potato chips. Salt makes your body retain fluid. It's not a good idea for an older person with high blood pressure, but I doubt it would have any adverse affects on a younger person. Of course, eating something salty will make you thirsty, so you'll have to deal with that.

I would think your best bet would be not to drink a lot of anything before hand. Just a few sips of water. Are you allowed to carry a water bottle with you?

yes, im (as usual) taking to extreemes a scientific study that a more hydrated person has a better memory than one who is not, a fact proved by myself on a number of occasions.

So this salt actually prevents water from leaving the body, wow all that research and it was so blindingly obvious.
