michel123456
It is not A, it is not C and there is a letter missing in the first row to decide between T & G.

michel123456
if each row is a domino, the answer is G Edited October 29, 2012 by michel123456
TimeSpaceLightForce
Very interesting way of analizing it. There are good puzzles about dominoes and dice too. I'll go check it out how you arrived with such answer..Thanks anyway..It is just a basic puzzle here is a walkthrough: find out it has nothing to do with biochemistry, (just look "like" it). realize they are random and no obvious pattern at all. dont consider them to represent words because few letters were used. suspect they could be series of numbers. doubt the denary system is applicable for it would be too complicated. remember base-4 is more simple and might work but that will be 24 ways to assign the 4 letters. count the first row, 7 letters only so it is the smallest value of the sequence. see that all the first letters dont have T and number systems dont start with 0. base on the ascendance , the first letters/digits suggest: A < G < C or to be 1, 2 , 3 Now we have the key :[ T A G C] for [ 0 1 2 3 ] , the rest is substitution and corversion Notice the clue missing "last letter" = Missing "one" , hints A =1 Check: 3000321 -->12345 do it manually or via internet calculator. 11232200 -->23456 got +11111 20130013 -->34567 verifies the pattern 23021232 -->45678 (can skip this) 31313111 <--56789 missing is 1 or say A is it
