please help me evaluate my IDEA

1 not true base on the principle of conservation of energy ( please inform me page / and line where I write not true )

 

2 not true base on the principle of conservation of momentum ( please inform me page / and line where I write not true )

 

3 after You finish and You not find mistake so what is Your opinion what I can do as a next step ?

Start.pdf, is all of your experimental equipment within the rocket/aircraft?

 

If so, then there is no difference between v = 0 and v = 100m/s or 1000 m/s as velocity is relative (even in classical dynamics) so inside the system everything is always at rest with each other.
