I think the Search Function should be refined. I can type in a Post with the exact title and it never comes up! I believe this would stop many duplicate threads.

Another site I use doesn't like you resurrecting old threads on a similar theme and wants you to start new ones in preference - customs vary - then Oz is a very NEW orientated place.
