haitham Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 I am a msc student and want to know about Micro RNA ?
Jens Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 For detailed information I recommend RNA worlds. In this collection there is an article Noncoding RNPs of Viral Origin that contains a chapter about viral micro RNAs (chapter 5). However, it might be difficult to read (depending on the level you have reached already. -- I am not used to the US education system so "msc" does not mean anything to me )
CharonY Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 I suppose he/she is a master student (usually a little bit below a classic German diploma in education, at least on the practical side). There are also a number of nice reviews out there for a lot of different contexts. That being said it would be helpful to closer define the scope (e.g. organism? origins/evolution? functions? mechanisms? etc.)
