singhson Posted November 14, 2012 Posted November 14, 2012 (edited) Dear All, I AM NOT A CHEMICAL GUY. I want to make a cleaning cloth. I am from India and a businessman. I had seen in fair that one company was selling a cleaning cloth by dipping a cloth in a transperent gel. If I mix Ammonium Hydroperoxide and Hydrogen Peroxide, will it make a cleaning gel. If possible please reply email address removed Edited November 14, 2012 by Phi for All Discussion should remain here
weiming1998 Posted November 15, 2012 Posted November 15, 2012 (edited) Ammonia quickly reacts with H2O2 to form nitrogen. I don't think ammonium hydroperoxide (if it exists) would be very stable . So I wouldn't use that to make a cleaning cloth. Use something else, like dilute sodium hydroxide solution or a mix of H2O2 and vinegar. Edited November 15, 2012 by weiming1998
