YT2095 Posted December 16, 2004 Posted December 16, 2004 IIRC Lithium Carbonate is used as the medicine, apparently it has something to do with it being a good carrier for electrical nerve signals and something to do with Myolin. Glider would be a Good person to ask about it

My father (being a professor in psychiatry and all) explained some aspects of lithium carbonate in the treatment of bipolar disorder, but I can't seem to remember it anymore.
