You will probably have noticed that following a couple of hours upgrading, we have successfully upgraded to the latest version of our forum software. The reasons for upgrading are pretty numerous and there are some nice new features, including changes to make the editor easier to use, improvements to the search engine and some performance enhancements. However, we hope that by far the most marked impact will be a reduction in spam messages throughout the forum.

One thing that you will almost certainly have noticed is that the site is looking quite a bit different! Unfortunately the changes to themes have meant that we have had to remove quite a lot of our customisations. We hope that, over the course of the coming days, we can restore some of our old looks!

We decided to use your mom as inspiration.

That was clearly a bad idea.

Also, the blog widget appears to be missing.

LOL... The new look isn't that bad ; ) Furthermore, it seems that the forum is working correctly with IE. I can actually view my profile and check my messages without having to jump through hurdles. Before the upgrade, the drop down menu would instantly go to my profile page whenever I clicked it. Now I can actually choose one of the menu items.

I don't think it's desirable for a person's warning points to be public. It'll just give them even worse karma than they already might have and won't feel like changing their behaviour...best keep that sort of thing between the mods and themselves.

I think only you can see your warning points.

Can you see my warning points?

No. Didn't think it was a good idea. I can only see an area for mine.

I also noticed when you hover over the rep point area a cross appears and the Report button darkens. I'm going to rep you then click the X to see what happens ok?

Edit: It brings up a choice to ignore that person's signature or all signatures but there is no visible option to reverse it...I can't put your sig back now.

Are you able to see how many warning points you have and are you able to click on that number at all?

Oh dear. Just noticed my beloved Woodward has been replaced by a magical sloth. This needs to be ammended.

I have no warnings to display :'(

Ok, so I assume when you click into your warning log you see a list of what dates you received warning, how many points you got and who gave them to you? If you click on the more details button, you shouldn't see anything as all of the notes we have there currently are staff notes. There is an option when we create warnings to leave a note for the member as well, which probably won't be used terribly much as we tend to address the reason behind the warning as mod notes or via PM.

The menu button that leads to things like "new content" and "messenger" has ceased to function on the mobile version of the site. Worked a minute ago though.

I'm experiencing similar problems, only on certain pages though.
