Gravitational-cinematic slowing of time.

I don't understand why don't physicists make gravitational-kinematic slowing of time?

 

T=T₀(Rc²-2GM)/Rc(c²-v²)^1/2

 

T-slowed time

T_{0 - usual time}

_{v - speed in gravitational field}
