Chemicals to absorb and release oxygen

So I have a little project I've been wanting to get up for a while, but I'm not very good at chemistry. I've been looking for a chemical that will readily pick up oxygen that's pumped through it, and release it when heated (preferably below 100°C)

 

The closest things I've been able to find are perclorates and metalic oxides... but I don't trust some of the metals due to metalic gas release which can be toxic :$

Anyone have any ideas of what could help me, or is chemistry not my friend for this?

The classic one is Brin's process

but the temperatures are rather higher than you are wanting.

 

There are also the special sorbents used in this sort of thing
