ydoaPs Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 So, if I'm on the Who's Online page being a creepy stalker and I click "View New Content" it always defaults to the new users rather than new posts. Is there a way to fix this? It's rather annoying.
Klaynos Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Click it again and it goes to posts I believe.

Phi for All Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 When I click View New Content, to the left is a menu that lets me choose from Forums, Members, Calendar and Blogs, and then lets me filter by time periods. If you hit View New Content from Who's Online, it probably defaults to Members. Go to the forums and it probably defaults to Forums.
Cap'n Refsmmat Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Phi is exactly right. Who's Online is part of the members module, so when you search for new content, it defaults to searching in that module. Same thing happens if you hit View New Content while you're viewing someone's profile.

Phi for All Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Phi is exactly right. Coincidentally, this was going to be my new signature. So, no way to make it go to actual new content from Who's Online with just one click? Absolutely. From Who's Online, just click View New Content. Then move your keyboard or laptop to the side and slam your forehead down on the desk three times. When your vision clears, you'll see a screen with a bunch of members listed who've posted recently. You won't remember why, but if you click just once on the "Forums" section under "New Content", it will take you right to them. 1
