How what we see affects what we hear

A few years ago someone on here made a post regarding the phenomenon of how what we see (for example how our mouth moves) affects the sound that we perceive. I believed it was called "The *something* Effect." There was an interesting YouTube video that demonstrated this but I can't find it. Could you guys help me out?
