Extracting Vitamin C

we want to see the effects of vitamin C on cells.

I dont know what equipment i have access to becauseits at school, but we have a lot of things.

I also need to do the same thing with vitamin E so if there is a way to do it I would like to know

It's difficult since ascorbic acid is easily oxidized and damaged by heat. There are some products you can get in health food stores that claim to be 100% pure Vitamin C, not borne in salts or other carriers. I'd try that before anything else.
