Now, the question you have been so studiously ignoring, how are you going to impart this immense acceleration to all the molecules[/i'] of the human body? I'm not sure building and running this thing is going to be worth it. By the time we can build this thing, we'll have much better propulsion technologies that can actually be carried on the ship in question, and ensure a return journey is possible.
